There are more houses on the market than ever before so it is an excellent buyers' market. Prices are softer, but fortunately we have been spared the boom bust cycle so values have not been drastically been impacted. Our local economy here in Raleigh - Durham - Chapel Hill is diverse and stronger than many other parts of the country. This bodes well for the area to maintain its relative strength.
